Offshore Tanks

TD Energy Services operate a modern fleet of vertical Offshore Chemical Tanks, Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC) which are designed and manufactured in accordance with DNV 2.7-1 / BSEN 12079. The units are supplied with a certified sling assembly as standard and most of the units are stackable.

Standard Fittings
Manlid 500mm dia. hinged 8 point manlid.
Calibration Volumetric stainless steel chart.
Airline 1×2.5" pressure only valve set at 4.4 bar complete with provision for a second valve.
Top Outlet 3" NB low profile tank pad complete with blank flange complete with a 6-holes blank flange.
Bottom Outlet 3" NB 45°highlift footvalve and 3" NB clamped butterfly valve to 3" BSP stainless steel dustcap.
Gasket and Seals CNAF/PTFE
Insulation 50mm thickness rockwool (40kg/m3) where possible.
Steam Heating 8 runs steam heating system, the tank vacuum rings not used for steam heating. Actual surface of heating 4.7m2 (effective heating area 9.86m2). 1” BSP inlet and ¾“ BSP outlet.
